Never buy through Shopatron. They charge your account without your permission for how much they want.

I was buying Klipsche computer speakers on Klipsche website. I placed my order on website trough this system Shopatron.com
The total amount in the cart was $149, that's for how much I authorised my Paypal account to be charged. Somehow Shopatron.com charged additional $13. I called them they saying it's taxes a,d they can't return it to me.
This is a bad review about Shopatron.com - now I have to spend a lot of time to get my money back. Just want to aware others that Shopotron is scam. Never deal with them if you don't want spend your weekends and lunch time getting your money back.

Hi Ilya. We apologize about your experience when ordering from Klipsch.com. Here are the reasons why state sales tax was applied to your order.
During the checkout process, there is a footnote under the order total that indicates, "Additional tax may be added to your order." When you place an order on our website, we locate the nearest fulfillment center to your shipping address and assign the order to that location. We do this to promote fast shipping times and provide world-class customer experiences. If the fulfillment center is located in your state, we will apply state sales tax to your order. If the closest fulfillment center is not in your state, you will not be charged tax.
State sales tax is a common cost and is necessary when we ship an order from your state. We are not able to take requests or guarantee that a product will be shipped to you from outside of your state.
